The airport is served by KTEL Paros with daily routes from Paroikia and the port of Pounda, which connects Paros with Antiparos by ferry. Departures from the airport to Paroikia and Pounda start 15 minutes after the flight’s arrival. The airport bus stop is located a short distance from the terminal.   General information about Paros Airport

Paros Airport is the 16th busiest Greek airport in terms of passenger traffic (in 2023 it served 323,716 passengers). The airport serves only domestic flights. It has one runway with a length of 1,400 meters and a terminal building of 600 square meters. Within the terminal there is a snack bar that operates during airport opening hours (phone +30 22840 90509).

Airport naming

It bears the name of Nikolaos Panteleios, who donated the land on which Paros Airport was built.

Expansion of Paros Airport

In January 2023, the project for the development and improvement of the infrastructure of the New Paros Airport was signed, amounting to 33 million euros, which includes:
- the construction of a new terminal building and a new Control Tower with a total area of 12,117 sq.m., with all the required facilities for the service and management of passenger traffic
- the bilateral extension of the existing runway by a total of 400 meters and the bilateral width extension of the existing aircraft parking area by 140 meters
- the landscaping of the surrounding area of the new building, of a total area of about 47,000 sq.m., which will include car and bus parking areas as well as the connection of the road network of Paros with the airport
